Vietnam visa requirement for Lebanese
We would like to inform all Lebanese citizens that they require a Vietnam visa in order to enter Vietnam. They can apply for the Vietnam visa directly through the Vietnam embassy or through our services online to receive the letter of approval.
1. How to directly apply for the Vietnam visa through a Vietnam embassy/consulate.
Currently, there is no Vietnam embassy or Vietnam consulate in Lebanon, hence Lebanese applicants to the Vietnam visa should find the nearest Vietnam embassy in surrounding countries to apply from. They may also opt to for the visa by post way, which is more convenient and recommended. The advantage of this option over the first one is that applicants do not have to present themselves in person at the embassies. However, one needs to make prior confirmation with the Vietnam embassy to confirm that they offer the service since visa application procedures vary across embassies.
2. Vietnam visa acquisition with the letter of approval
With the letter of approval from us, you get to collect your Vietnam visa from the Vietnam international airport or from the Vietnam embassy. Here is each of these two ways explained in detail.
a) Vietnam visa from the Vietnam international airport (strictly for air travel)
This procedure entails the following four steps:
- Fill in your visa application form from our website.

- Get the letter of approval from us by email, which is issued in 48 hours.
- Present your letter of approval, 2 of your passport photos and your passport document at any of the Vietnam international airports (Tan Son Nhat in Ho Chi Minh city, Noi Bai in Hanoi city, Da Nang in Da Nang city & Cam Ranh in Nha Trang city), and pay a visa stamping fee to be granted your visa.
b) Vietnam visa from the Vietnam embassy/consulate you choose in your application form.
In this procedure, be sure to observe the following four steps.
- Fill in the visa application form from our website with your required information
- Pay the service fees with us as guided by our instructions
- Receive the letter of approval from us by email, which is issued to you in 48 business hours.
- Present your letter of approval, your 2 passport photos and your passport document at the Vietnam embassy and pay the visa stamping fee to get issued your Vietnam visa.
Note: Conditions to get Vietnam visa:

- Provide your passport, which should be at least six months old since when you acquired it.
- Your two passport photos should have been taken within 6 months.
- Your passport and letter of approval should convey similar information.
