You have two main options for you to pick up your visa to Vietnam:
1. One can opt to get the Vietnam visa at a Vietnam Embassy or Vietnam Consulate:

a. You’ll be offered Vietnam visa at a Vietnam international airport (this service is for air travel only).
How to get the visa is as follow:
- Application form online at our website is available for you to fill.
- Payment is to be made with us as per our instructions (service fee).
- Please get your approval letter from our email within 48 working hours.
- Ensure to bring the letter, your passport and 2 passport photos to your arrival airport in Vietnam (Tan Son Nhat, Noi Bai, Da Nang), pay stamping fee and you will be granted a visa there.
b. You can also get Vietnam visa at any Vietnam embassy/consulate you chose in your application form.
Process of getting embassy visa is as below:
- Please fill in your application form at our website.
- Make sure you make payment with us as per our instructions.
- Approval letter from our email within 48 working hours.
- On arrival to the Vietnam embassy produce the approval letter, your passport and 2 passport photos, pay stamping fee and get your visa directly there.
Note: There Conditions to get Vietnam visa and they are as below:

- You should have passport sized photos are taken within the last 6 months.
- Make sure information in your approval letter must be the same as the one in your passport.
