As an Indonesian, you need a Vietnam visa if you intend to prolong your stay in Vietnam beyond thirty days. As such, you need information on how to obtain the Vietnam visa in the two ways provided. For one, you can directly obtain a Vietnam visa from a Vietnam embassy/consulate. Secondly, you can obtain your visa by applying for an approval letter which enables you collect your visa from a Vietnam international airport or a Vietnam embassy.

1. Vietnam Visa acquisition from a Vietnam embassy/consulate.

2. Online application for the approval letter.

The letter of approval obtained from us enables you collect your visa from the Vietnam international airport as well as from the Vietnam embassy/consulate as well.

a) Get your Vietnam visa at a Vietnam international airport (this service is for air travel only).

In order to collect your visa at a Vietnam international airport, you must have successfully followed the complete procedure:

- Receive the approval letter from us by email in 48 business hours

- Present your letter of approval, your two passport-size photos and your passport at any of the three Vietnam international airports. While you are there, you will have to clear your visa stamping fee before you collect your Vietnam visa.

a) Get your Vietnam visa at Vietnam embassy/consulate.

- Pay the service fees in accordance with our instructions

- Obtain your visa application form from us in 48 working hours by email

- Present your letter of approval, your two passport-size photos and your passport to the Vietnam embassy. Finally, pay the visa stamping fee and you will be issued with your Vietnam visa.

Note: Conditions to get Vietnam visa:
