Vietnam visa requirement for Finns

Our plan is to inform Finland citizens that they need to acquire a Vietnam visa if they intend to prolong their stay in Vietnam for more than 15 days. Here is more information on the two ways on how to apply for a Vietnam visa as a Finland citizen and where to collect your processed Vietnam visa.

1. Online application for the Vietnam visa through us

When you get to apply for the Vietnam visa through us, you will be sent the letter of approval with which you can acquire your Vietnam visa from:

a) Vietnam international airport( strictly for air travelers only)

Be sure to completely follow the following four steps;

- Checkout the visa application form available online at our website

- Pay the set application fees through us and follow our instructions

- Receive the letter of approval from us in your email within 48 business hours.

- Present your letter of approval, your passport and two of your recent passport photos at one of the three Vietnam international airports (Tan Son Nhat, NoiBai, Da Nang), and pay the visa stamping fee before you are given your Vietnam visa.

b) Vietnam embassy or Vietnam consulate you choose in your application form.

In this procedure, be sure to follow the following four steps:

- Fill in your visa application form availed at our website.

- Pay the service fees with us and follow our guidelines

- Receive your letter of approval from us, delivered to your email inbox in less than 48 work hours.

- Present your letter of approval, your passport and two of your passport photos at the Vietnam embassy where you will pay the visa stamping fee and get served with your Vietnam visa.

Note: Conditions to get Vietnam visa:

    - You must have a valid passport that you acquired in not less than six months ago
    - You must present two most recent passport photos at the taken within six months
    - Your letter of approval should convey your personal information almost exactly as it is in your passport.
