The primary method of gaining a visa is to apply for one at Vietnam’s diplomatic establishment in your country, namely the embassy or consulate. This letter is a secure first step toward your certain and leisurely obtained visa. The first steps of obtaining a letter of approval consist of you filling out the application form on our website and sending it to us online. Note: Conditions to get Vietnam airport or embassy visa:

    - Passport validity must preferably extend over six months.
    - Transcendence of the same period of six months is to be avoided in case of passport photos, which should be as recent as possible.
    - Complete the application form with information from your passport. Make sure the transcription is accurate.
    - Be advised of the service fee that needs to be paid when submitting the application form.
