Vietnam visa requirement for Montenegrin citizens

As a Montenegrin citizen, you need a Vietnam visa in order for you to enter Vietnam. Here are two ways by which you can acquire a Vietnam visa as a Montenegrin:

i) From a Vietnam embassy/consulate.

ii) From online application through our services

1. How to get a Vietnam visa from a Vietnam embassy or consulate.

At the moment, there is no Vietnam embassy or Vietnam consulate in Montenegro. As such, any applicant from this country will have to find Vietnam embassies from any nearby countries so they can apply for their visas to Vietnam. It is from these countries that they will be informed about the various procedures as well as application fees involved in the process.

If an applicant feels so inconvenienced to present themselves in person at the Vietnam embassies, they may as well use the visa by post option which is also recommended. However, applicants who opt this way must first contact the embassy to confirm that the services are available there.

2. How to apply for a visa application through our online services

There are two points from which you can collect your Vietnam visa namely: the Vietnam international airport and the Vietnam embassy/consulate.

i) Vietnam visa from a Vietnam international airport (air travelers only)

This procedure requires you to:

- Fill in the visa application form online at our website

- Complete the due service fees by us and follow our regulations

- Receive the letter of approval from us by email in 48 working hours

- Present your letter of approval, your 2 most recent passport-size photos and your passport document at one of the three international airports in Vietnam (Tan Son Nhat, Noi Bai, Cam Ranh and Da Nang), and finally pay the visa stamping fee to walk out with your Vietnam visa.

ii) Get your Vietnam visa from a Vietnam embassy/consulate you choose from the application form.

This procedure requires the following:

- Check our website online and fill in the visa application form from there

- Clear the service fees with us as guided by our instructions

- Wait for the letter of approval that should be delivered by main in 48 business hours

- Present your letter of approval, your passport and 2 of your most recent passport-photos at the Vietnam embassy/consulate you chose in your application form. Finally, pay the visa stamping fees and you will be granted your Vietnam visa.

Note: Conditions to get Vietnam visa:

    - Your passport must be valid plus you must have acquired it more than six months ago
    - The two passport photos you present must be most recent, having been taken within six months
    - The information in the letter of approval must match that in your passport.
