We would like to inform you that a visa is mandatory for citizens of Albania intending to enter Vietnam.
Acquiring visa for Vietnam in Albania
In order to receive a Vietnamese visa one can resort to one of the following means:
1. Acquiring a Vietnam visa at a Vietnam Embassy or Vietnam Consulate:
Since Vietnam has not established any consulates or embassies in Albania for the time being, one has the option of searching for Vietnamese embassies in neighboring countries. If appearing in person to a Vietnamese embassy is overly strenuous, or otherwise unmanageable, one can attempt to apply for a visa via postal services. In this case previously contacting the embassies is recommended, in order to avoid inconveniences due to the possible procedural variation of the various embassy points.
2. Online application for the approval letter to obtain Vietnamese visas at:
a. Vietnam international airport – strictly in case of air travel!

- Remit the service fees in accordance with our regulations.
- Obtain the approval letter via email within 2 workdays.
- Arrive to International Airport in Vietnam, presenting the letter of approval, your passport, 2 passport photos. A visa will be granted upon the compensation of stamping fees.
b. Vietnam embassy/consulate of your choice stipulated in the application form
Please follow the under mentioned procedure in order to obtain the visa by this method:
- Find and fill out the application form on our website
- Remit the service fees in accordance with our regulations.
- Obtain the approval letter via email within 2 workdays.
- Present the approval letter, your passport and 2 passport photos to the respective Vietnam embassy. A visa will be granted upon the compensation of stamping fees.
Note: Conditions to apply Vietnam visa:
